What is your return policy?

​​For non-custom items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. As we operate via Printify's print-on-demand service, products are made to order and cannot be returned for size, color, or preference changes.

How do you handle custom piece requests?

Nia will review your request and contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm details, discuss the deposit, timeline, final payment, and delivery.

Are custom pieces returnable?

Custom pieces are non-refundable after the deposit is paid, except in cases of damage.
